Your Tomorrow
A social and educational project for teenagers aged 15–18 from vulnerable backgrounds who lack sufficient support but possess the potential, inner strength, and desire to change their lives.
The program includes four training modules, psychological support, and mentorship, creating an environment of growth, support, and new opportunities for participants.
Wonder Camp
Wonder Camp
A rehabilitation camp for children affected by the war. This is not a holiday camp, but a structured recovery program that combines psychological support, art therapy, social skills development, and educational and creative modules.
Since 2022, we have held 7 Wonder Camp sessions, providing rehabilitation for 500 children from across Ukraine.

(The Beginning)Tetiana Chesakova brought together 8 like-minded people to found AHEAD, a creative agency with a mission to connect with the world through meaning rather than just producing ads.
(First International Client)We launched the "See the Blind" social campaign for Discovery Network. An idea that forced society to feel what it had previously overlooked.
(First Professional Recognition)The "See the Blind" campaign won an Effie Award. The team grew to 13 people, marking their first real step to the next level.
(The birth of our Events division)We discovered a new way to engage with our audience: events. Every event was crafted with the same care as a lasting memory. The team grew to 18 people.
(New scale despite pandemic challenges)We signed a contract with the UNDP and expanded into the markets of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. That same year, we executed the largest project in AHEAD's history: the certification of over 10,000 prosecutors across 19 regions, despite the pandemic restrictions.
(Founding of the AHEAD Foundation)Despite the war, we kept moving forward and supporting others. We established the international charity AHEAD Foundation, developed a program, and hosted the first session of "Wonder Camp," a rehabilitation camp for children affected by the war.

(A year of diplomacy and strategic events)We organized a record number of events featuring top officials from Ukraine and EU countries. We supported government delegations on diplomatic missions to Washington, New York, Geneva, Antalya, Istanbul, Oslo, and Madrid.
(A course toward sustainability)We integrated sustainability principles into our business strategy and prepared an ESG report in accordance with GRI standards. We also developed a three-year roadmap for implementing sustainable practices.
(Investing in the next generation)We launched the Your Tomorrow social and educational project and developed our own training program for teenagers from vulnerable backgrounds. The first cohort included young people from 16 regions of Ukraine.
