What social and charitable initiatives does AHEAD implement?
Since 2022, we have been organizing Wonder Camp rehabilitation camps for children affected by Russian aggression. We are also developing the Your Tomorrow social and educational project for teenagers from vulnerable groups, serving as institutional partners for the Nesemos! charitable foundation, and providing ongoing support to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. You can also get involved in our initiatives by becoming a partner or supporting one of our projects.

Can you join a project on a task-specific basis?
Yes. We can join a project at any stage and take on a specific workstream. This could be strategy development, creative concepting, production, technical support, logistics, or other tasks depending on your requirements. You can hand off a specific part of the project to us, while managing the rest yourself or with other partners.
Can you handle a project entirely from start to finish?
Yes, and those are the projects we love the most. The AHEAD team can manage the entire lifecycle: from research, strategy, and creative concept development to organization, execution, and performance evaluation. For every project, we assemble a team tailored to its specific goals and scale, taking full responsibility for the process from the initial meeting to the final result.
Do you work on international projects and outside of Ukraine?
Yes. Over the past 18+ years, AHEAD has successfully delivered projects in more than 25 countries, including across Europe, North America, and Central Asia. We have an office in Warsaw, international experience, and a network of trusted partners and contractors abroad. Part of our team also works outside of Ukraine, which allows us to effectively execute international projects and work with clients in various markets.
How is the project cost determined?
The cost of each project is calculated individually and depends on its format, scale, timeline, complexity, and the resources required. Since the market is constantly changing, we do not use fixed price lists that quickly become outdated. Instead, we carefully review your request and provide a free, custom budget estimate tailored to your specific goals and needs.
