The e-Governance Academy was wrapping up the DT4UA project and hosted a final conference at the InterContinental Kyiv. The focus was on Ukraine's digital transformation, integration into the EU space, and key results from years of work. We provided full-service organization: identity and visual content ranging from step-and-repeats to presentation templates for speakers, gift sets for attendees and VIP partners, and technical production including stage, sound, lighting, and LED screens. During the lunch break, we quickly set up 14 additional plasma screens for breakout sessions. We also coordinated hostesses, interpreters, makeup artists, and media coverage.

Identity, step-and-repeats, photo zone, registration area, presentation templates, and brochure layout and printing — all created from scratch under a single concept. During the lunch break, we quickly set up 14 additional plasma screens for breakout sessions. We coordinated hostesses, makeup artists, interpreters, and media coverage.
On stage: the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, the EU representative in Ukraine, and the Executive Director of eGA. In the room: concrete figures: 150+ updated electronic services, the launch of e-Pidpryiemets and uResidency, 12 billion transactions via Trembita, and Diia.Signature compatibility with eIDAS.
