The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in partnership with UNICEF, gathers educators from across the country every year to discuss priorities for the upcoming academic year.
In 2023, we joined the preparations on a tight schedule. As the number of participants grew rapidly, we had to adapt the space and logistics on the fly. At the same time, we organized 10 simultaneous stages with complex technical requirements and a full-scale live stream for thousands of viewers across the country.
ConclusionThe event spanned several main locations within the complex, hosting concurrent discussion panels and speaker sessions. Consequently, experts presented across 4 stages.
Despite the limited preparation time and the complexity of the venue, our team successfully delivered the project, ensuring a high standard of organization.
The number of participants grew rapidly, requiring us to adapt the space and logistics. We organized 10 simultaneous stages, which demanded complex technical solutions to ensure seamless operation. We also created conditions for interactive participation from online viewers, which significantly expanded the event's reach.
The conference served as a vital platform for discussing strategic directions for the development of education in Ukraine and united the efforts of various stakeholders to implement necessary changes. Our team ensured a high level of event organization, successfully navigating all technical and logistical challenges.
