Read more about the project

A conference for over 400 attendees with minimal lead time. The venue faced unstable communications, power outages, and limited resources. We adapted our technical and logistical plans, building alternative scenarios for every risk. Full-cycle management: technical support, registration, logistics, catering, photo zones, and printing materials. We prepared visual content across nine areas of the Ombudsman's Office and provided support for regional delegations.

Conclusion

The lights went out. The event didn't.

Organizing a conference during unstable power supply isn't a force majeure if you've prepared for it in advance. We were prepared. Alternative scenarios, backup equipment, and a clear action plan for every risk. 400 participants, regional delegations, and nine thematic areas—all of this had to take place in a space where the lights could go out at any moment. It happened. Seamlessly and without interruption. This is what it means to be an event organizer in Ukraine in 2024: not just to host an event, but to host it no matter what.
