UNDP entrusted us with full logistics support for the Ukrainian delegation in Paris, including air and rail travel, accommodation, catering, transfers, and photo and video coverage of every stage.
The main challenge was a tight schedule with meetings across different parts of the city. Precise timing was essential, with no room for delays. Additionally, finding and booking restaurants for a large group at specific times in Paris is a task that sounds easier than it actually is.
ConclusionThe delegation focused on their meetings. We took care of everything else.
Good logistics go unnoticed. When transfers are on time, the hotel is booked correctly, and a table is waiting at the restaurant, no one says a special thank you. Everything just works. That is the goal of delegation support: to ensure participants can focus on their work without giving a second thought to organizational matters. We handled everything—from the first transfer to the final photo report. The Paris meetings took place. The materials were captured. The schedule was maintained.
