UNDP and the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine organized an international human rights conference. The initial estimate was 300 participants. A few days before the event, it became clear that over 1,000 would attend.
We scaled all solutions on the fly: logistics, registration, printing, catering, and security.
Over 1,000 participants. 9 thematic panels. 50 speakers, delegations from the EU, Japan, Estonia, and Moldova. The Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.

We developed a creative concept for the event, created its visual identity, and produced conceptual opening and closing videos that helped convey the forum's core message: what happens when democracy remains silent.
One of the most powerful elements of the event was the "Pick Up the Phone" installation. It became the emotional heart of the event: visitors would pick up the receiver to hear calls from occupied territories, captivity, or from under the rubble. This installation forced people to stop and process what they heard, becoming one of the most discussed parts of the forum.
In parallel, the team organized six discussion areas with moderated panels featuring human rights defenders, government officials, and international partners, ensuring seamless coordination across all locations.
